This thing crapped out on us after less than a month. Also it had these two, I guess they're decorative caps - they fall off at the slightest touch. Not really the quality I hoped for from RabbitUPDATE: After setting out review, Rabbit sent us a replacement. It’s lasted well over a year with no problems - pretty sure we just got a defective one to start. Great customer service - Thanks, Rabbit!

I did not like the fact that it fell apart after ten uses. Piece by piece it broke, I fixed it the first part because the spring fell off but now that fell off again and the screw part of it fell off too. Poor quality and I doubt the company will send me a new one since I bought it last February but I seriously have not used it often.

Update. Downgraded to one star. The device has broken. Disappointed. Would not recommend.I want to give this a 5, packaging is nice, and the corkscrew itself seems sturdy. However, a) the foil cutter is hard to remove from its slot, and b) one of the blade rivets dropped out on first use. I superglued it back in but that only held for a couple more uses.

Could not get it to work. Had a Guzzini which I loved but it broke after a decade and cannot be replaced. Parents have Houdini, which is fabulous, which I thought this was. However, terribly difficult to operate.

It arrived quickly. What a great device that I should have ordered years ago. Ordered another for a friend who was also impressed with the presentation.

You have to be Hurcules to be able to use this. Mylast Rabbit made opening a bottle wine easy. This product does not measure up.
