I'm a Pilates instructor and use these in my studio and when I teach group classes, off-site. The biggest thing to remember is that they don't need to be fully filled.The first thing I do when people show up with one filled to the max, is take the plug out and release about 10-15% of the air. If it's a little squishy, it will be easier to use when placed underneath your sacrum and it won't roll away!

This Pilates exercise ball is just the right size! It helps me focus on my abs while providing great support for my back. I’m sure there are plenty of other exercises it can assist with, but so far, I really love how it enhances my workouts!

Exactly as described, easy to inflate with included attachment. I was looking for a pilates ball like they use at my club pilates studio. This one is a little bigger but it gets the job done.

This was a birthday gift for my sweet daughter, that just matched in residency in Kansas City, Missouri. She is phenomenal and a beautiful person. She also works out really hard so she loves this.

This little helper comes with everything you need to get started. It has a "straw" to blow it up and a stopper to use when full. There is also a spare of both. This little ball gives me some extra resistance when I do my exercises. I put it between my knees and it has improved the outcome. It seems to be a pretty sturdy little helper and I look forward to using it for a long time.
