Hi I do not know which one you purchased. If XL/2XL or 3XL? Anyway just have a look at the inside label and go for a smaller than purchased. Also, check with the size chart picture from the photos. I would say XL/2XL should fit 12/14UK but double check with the size chart.Hope this helps

The garment does both the upper thighs as well as the tummy. On me, I've had no real rolling of the top unless doing a lot of bending and reaching. But any deformation was slight and easily corrected without looking like I was fighting a random mouse. I haven't had trouble with the legs, but I think that is more related to your leg profile, also distribution of body mass, e.g. when your squeezed in one place, things go to other places.
