Off the bat? Don't get this microwave if you make it a habit of staring as your food turns inside. Between the dark interior and dark glass, you'll just make out the bulb and maybe a hint of what's inside turning.Beyond that? Sensor cooking works well. Usually sweet potatoes, water, and pizza use here. Works well, large interior, and wipes down easily.Just don't go expecting to use this in the dark and not having to turn on the kitchen lights to use the pad.

I purchased this on sale for a break room at work. It looks clean and it does a great job at heating food quickly.

Good value

This microwave has been working great for me for a few years. It has a nice digital touch screen and it can heat up most frozen foods in less than three minutes. However, it also has some drawbacks. The microwave is very loud when it runs, which can be annoying. The button to open the microwave is also not very good. It is hard to press and sometimes it gets stuck. These are minor issues, but they can affect the user experience. Overall, this microwave is a reliable and efficient appliance, but it could use some improvement in terms of noise and design.

I’m so disappointed. I thought Samsung made quality products. I ordered this on 9/15/21 and it died on 9/16/22 so it lasted only ONE year!!!!!! The warranty expired on 8/31/22 So it randomly stopped working 2 weeks after the warranty expired… buy a different one and save the trouble.

This is the worst microwave I have ever owned and there is nothing "right" about it. The microwave heats the dish but not the food. The microwave has no light inside so you can't see anything. The microwave is a dark color inside so you can't see if it is dirty or not. The microwave is a dark color on the control panel so you cannot see which options you are selecting without using a light. The microwave slides when pushing the button to open the door. The microwave resets the clock to "12:00" after you heat something so the time is never correct. It is almost like the designer has never used a microwave. This has soured me from purchasing any Samsung product in the future.

This was a purchased as a gift, they loved it. It is easy to use, great quality, has wipe clean ceramic inside and is beautiful. It practically does it all, makes cooking easy with its automatic sensors it lets you know when food is done and ready, no fail cooking, just set it a d forget it🙂

Pros: Quality seems nice, great looking, very quiet operation, size is perfect, interior looks like it will be easy to clean, decent features, door is smooth and open button perfect, cooks and works fine.Cons: BIG ONE! Black glass screen dim light cannot see food cooking inside at all! Small thing, buttons are not very sensitive and I feel I have to push in too much but that may get better with use.For it's size and for the money it's a nice microwave, fairly simple good selection of options, but the light issue and not being able to see inside is a big issue for me, I'm hoping I get use to it. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend the microwave primarily due to the lighting issue. I wish I had spent more money to get one with better lighting and more features but with the holidays and covid19 stock was limited in the few stores I went to and it was slim picking's. Overall I'm okay with it, just not thrilled, liked my old one that went out better.
