If you’re trying to decide between these and a more expensive pack because you’re worried that these $5 highlighters will be low quality (like I was), go ahead and save that extra money. These are just as good!-Very vibrant and not “airy” looking. I got these to journal with so I love that there’s a chisel and fine tip. If you love organizing your notes by color, these will be perfect for you. I write pretty small, so I hate writing with markers that have too much ink flow or the tip is too thick. These definitely don’t have that issue.If you’re using multiple colors on one page, I wouldn’t use the pink and orange or blue and green right next to each other because the colors are similar enough that you could possibly get them mixed up. They look more similar in person than in the pictures for some reason, but you can still tell they’re different colors. I just wouldn’t use them right next to each other.As soon as I tested them I came back to order another pack for my coworker and write a review. That’s how surprised I was about the quality of these markers

I took a chance on these highlighters with zero reviews and did NOT regret it. I was disappointed with the color options offered by similar products and wasn't impressed with a lot of the images of them in action; these highlighters offered the range of cute pastel shades that I wanted. The chisel and fine-line tips are nicely shaped, they're moist and draw easily, and while you can tell something has been highlighted from the other side, they do not bleed through regular notebook paper (pictured) or the veeeery thin sheets of the planner I primarily use them with.I haven't tried them with any sort of book but with printouts on ordinary copy paper, they look GREAT. I think they look a little streaky close-up in my example picture but in my planner (and on copy paper), I really don't notice any streaks. The color darkens with multiple passes; a very light shade on one pass, a medium shade on a second pass, and a dark shade on a third pass. Take care though, if you're rubbing them back and forth three or more times, you will start to get bleed with lighter weight paper. Overall, these highlighters do exactly what I bought them for and if you have similar needs, you won't be disappointed!

This is a 100% honest review so listen up. Let's start with colors-They are actually pretty mild but at the same time vibrant enough to be good aesthetically. Sadly, the picture does not show how vibrant the highlighter colors actually are. And I am pretty satisfied with all the colors individually.Now sheer and thickness-This depends on the type of paper you are using. On regular paper, you can see a bit of inconsistency in the streaks made but on something as smooth and great as Kokuyo paper, it is very smooth and consistent. Thickness is the same on both types of paper on either end of the highlighter.Now I seriously don't like how the end of a highlight is dark and inky and really just- you know what I'm talking about right? Well anyways, these highlighters have that and that part can bleed through on regular paper but not on Kokuyo paper.And lastly, the pen test-This part honestly wasn't very disappointing because I already expected this to happen. It doesn't matter what type of paper you use, pens that have flowy ink or is a gel pen will smudge if highlighter is used in top of the pen. As you can see in the picture, the Pentel and Sonix Gel pen smudges, but the Zebra Z-Grip pen does not smudge in the slightest because the ink isn't runny. So, anything similar to that pen would work alright with these highlighters.So, overall, it's not bad for the price and I would recommend getting this if you are going to use thick and smooth paper like the Kokuyo Paper, and if the pen used with this does not have runny or flowy ink. Anyways, I hope this review helps!

Bought them thinking they were "no bleed" highlighters for bible highlighting, but they are not marketed as that. However, I have tried them in my bible and the lighter colors don't seem bleed through. The purple bled through just a tiny bit, but not enough to really interfere with the other side. I like the pastels colors, very pretty and soft. It's nice that there's 2 separate thicknesses, so you can do both, thick and tiny highlighting. Great for normal highlighting, but if you're looking for specifically "no bleed" highlighters, these aren't them, but they do seem to not bleed with the lighter ones.

I found these highlighters too dark, and not as pastel as I expected. Also the edge of the line bleeds a bit because the pigment is very wet. I think the color will last awhile though. In comparing to the smooth pastel of Zebra Mildliners, which I love, these Sugarcolors are good for the price but a bit cheaper in quality, I think.

The description doesn’t say Bible highlighter but I’ve used these on them. It obviously depends on the paper. The highlights on my John MacArthur study Bible bled through more than my Oswald Chambers Devotional Bible. On a hard copy book, if I highlight twice or went too slow it bled through quite a bit.But overall pleased with these especially for the price.

These are my favorite highlighters. I use them on my bible. They have a thicker and a thin end. The pastel colors are so much more pleasing than the bright colors. They don’t bleed through the pages at all. There are six colors in a clear case that is easy to carry. I will definitely purchase again when I need more.

They are economical and pretty color but I thought was getting a mild highlighter but these are not mild and they still bleed through pages thus not suitable for what I was wanting. Thus if you want something that barely shows and doesn’t bleed through, these aren’t it
