THIS IS THE ANSWER!
My wife just got a new (expensive) pair of glasses and in spite of all the adjustments made by the optician, they continued to slide down her nose. Seemed like nothing could be done. We even tried Geekwax to see if we could literally "glue" them to her nose each morning. Then I found Keepons and went through the detailed process of ordering the correct size. Heck, for a couple of bucks it was worth a try. When they arrived I slid them on her glasses and they have stayed up on her face all day! Hard to believe that this $4 item has saved a $700 pair of glasses! Definitely recommended!

Does the job nicely!
Just got these today. They fit nice and snug towards the ends of the arms, where they need to go, but would be a little loose if they needed to fit further down the narrow arm. They certainly hold the glasses where they need to be. I don't feel them pushing against the back of my ear and suspect the "body" is helping keep the glasses in place as much as the finger-like extension. After 3 or 4 hours, they are proving very comfortable for me. Well worth the small price for three pairs

They work very well. It’s slightly difficult to put them in place, i used the tip of a pen to loseen them a bit. However, I think I’ll have to use the COMFORT CLEAR Keepons instead since the temple tips of my glases are made of wire and 2 very different widths... They fit perfectly on the tips But turns out I need them to be placed on the slim wire :( currently keeping them in place with rubber bands LOL

The fit is nice and tight
These work perfectly. The fit is nice and tight, I soaked them in hot water and sprayed a bit of Windex in the sleeve to get them on. There is a tiny bit of discomfort in the beginning but after a few days and small adjustments, all is good now. Glasses don't slip even when I'm sweating.

Exactly what I was looking for!
Been looking for something to keep my glasses from sliding down my nose and these work wonders! Not to mention it's nearly impossible for my glasses to fall off now. 100% would reccomend to everyone.
