Smells horrid, like chemicals. My pooch wouldn't go with Ten feet of it and I can't say I blame her. I have it in the wash now and I am hoping it resolves the issue and we can use it for travel as expected. I'm updating my review. I washed it and it did not help so I put in one of her blankets to coax her in. The design is poor. My dog is a 10 pound chihuahua mix and as soon as you pick the bag up it collapses and squeezes in on her. So she feels like she's crushed. If she had not already been in it once and need to use it once more to return home I would return this. I would never use this design again.

This is a great carrier for our cat Ruthie. It is sturdy and stable enough to hold her yet allows her to see and breathe. It is also easy to carry compared to other carriers.

This was used by my roommate to take her cat on an airplane trip. The cat loved it (even before the airplane ride). It is a worthy product!

My cat is 15 pounds. She fits and turns around. But it did roll over on its side while she was in there. The board piece thats on the bottom. Not that sturday.

The most thing that I like about this pet carrier is that u can travel with ur pet in public transportation. However, my dog is heavy and she took up all the space inside and she looked squished. I under estimated my dog's height and weight. She needed an extra large. But other than that, I like the carrier.

I love the color and the look, but it is not as sturdy as I was hoping for. Bottom is rather rickety, I felt.

Great quality, I used it for the first time today taking two of my small cats for shots. They weigh approx 7lbs each and there was plenty of room for both inside to sit comfortably and still have room to move.

Was ok. Not the best. That said, I didn’t pay a fortune for it. You get what you pay for.
