It works quite well.
Not the same number as the original that I had. So I bought one to see if it fit and worked. If fit and works well so I bought two more of them.

Get these instead of the off-brand ones
We use these labels in our data center, and they're great. We've purchased a dozen or two off-brand label cartridges from different suppliers, but they seem to be plagued with not lining up properly with the print heads, and the printing comes out streaky. Some of them also had stickiness issues. Went back to the Dymo brand labels, and don't have those issues.

I'm a Electrical & Security Contractor, I identify & label wires with my printer which houses this product, plus the price is great.

Seem to be nice and a good size but very expensive for one roll.

Great Labels
These labels are great. They are expensive but they print out well and they adhere well for the most part. The only time I have issues is that if you store this outside and you have any real humidity then expect it to eventually peel off. This is not the same as the super industrial labeling material that is used in production facilities but it comes in at a tolerable second place.

Great labels, bad cartridges.
I purchased one of these yellow cartridges from Amazon. After dispensing maybe a foot of labels, it started jamming. The tape wasn't wound tightly around the spindle, and as it unrolled the loose tape was getting jammed against the sides of the cartridge. It would be hit and miss on printing, and I'd have to pull a bunch of tape out, wasting it, to get it unstuck. The good: I wrote to the company and explained the situation. They sent out a replacement very quickly (free of charge, of course), and I was really pleased at that point. The bad: The replacement cartridge also developed the same problem. These labels (and all the Dymo Industrial Vinyl labels) stick and hold really well. They're by far the best labels I've used (when they're not jamming the label maker). My application is generally labeling patch panels, computer and A/V equipment, and cables.Off topic: Stay away from the other Flexible Nylon labels, unless perhaps you need something that's ridiculously easy to remove or will fall off on its own. (You may, of course. It all depends upon the application.)And the issues I had weren't user error. The cartridge sat in a drawer when not in use, and I'm not exactly throwing it nor the label maker around. I had this problem with one other white cartridge, but the 5 others have been fine.)Dymo (Newell Rubbermaid is actually the manufacturer) needs to work on their quality control. If it were just a problem with one cartridge I wouldn't take off any stars, especially with their great customer service. But aside from those two, I also had a problem with yet another (white) cartridge jamming, though for an indiscernible reason. I've only had 8 cartridges total since getting the RHINO 4200, and with 3 bad ones that's a 38% failure rate. Hence I can't recommend them, even if the labels themselves are excellent.

2 broken ribbons so wasted quite a bit of money
Two of these had broken ribbons so wasted quite a bit of money as they won't print without a ribbon

Worth getting the genuine stuff
I have to admit I've been ordering the non genuine labels for my Dymo labeller for quite a while now. But I thought I'd splash out and get some genuine ones for a change. I'd forgotten how good they are. They don't unstick. Don't fade. Are more supple and print much clearer. Literally vastly superior to the cheap fakes. I won't be trying to save money in future !
