Perfect Books for Toddlers
Ditty Bird books are absolutely wonderful! They are PERFECT for toddlers - engaging pictures and appropriate subject matter. Our grandson's face lights up whenever he presses the book's buttons to make Ditty Bird talk or sing. As a former elementary school librarian, I love to see age appropriate books that will nurture a love of books at an early age.

Cute Singing Book
My 17 month old loves this book. He loves pressing the buttons and hearing the songs. I feel like the tempo on some of the songs is a little off, but my little one doesn’t mind. The only issue I found is The song Five Little Speckled Frogs has an issue. What is sung is different from what is written.Sung: Four speckled frogsWritten: Four green specked frogs

A great addition to a child's library
This is half book, half toy, and it's been a hit. It's fairly durable for a boardbook, it's not large or heavy, and it fits nicely in a diaper bag, an armrest, really anywhere. The audio quality is great, the songs aren't 'baby shark' annoying, and the volume is medium... enough for my child to sing to, not loud enough to bother people. The story is very simple, but there were no errors, and the writing was appropriate and easy to read. They use a somewhat comic font. The illustrations are similarly simple. Simple animals comprised of basic shapes, easily computer generated with no real art skill. The scenes have plenty going on, but aren't noisy. They also aren't special like Hungry Hungry Caterpillar or similar boardbooks. It's just cute, not something I'll remember in ten years.Children do find the songs easy to learn and sing along with, and the product is simple and clear enough to hold up for a couple of very rough years of use by a toddler. I'd manage expectations... it's not the highest literary achievement of humanity, but it's a great little child's book and we've had fun with it.
