one gnomes hat flacid.
these guys just arrived at my door and i unpacked them to see what they were like. they are so cute and beautiful, they are a great size , and they are well worth the price.HOWEVER, such a shame that the red fellas hat will not stand up,the wire that is meant to keep the hat erect has snapped off in transit,i am assuming, and the loose sharp wire has totally destroyed poor mr.reds body.so, in effect, i only have two working gnomes to my name, which i would consider extremely expensive for just the two. i would complain to the seller, but i dont know how to contact them, i dont see any contact button for thhem. a shame really , certainally wont be purchasing from this seller again.

Handmade
Advertised as handmade. Visions of them being made in Scandinavia. Labelled made in China -probably by hand but probably in a sweat shop . Wouldn't let kids near them. Not sure they are very safe

Quirky seasonal fun - for decoration only.
Hengliwang Christmas gnomes decorations (3 pack). These are strange and joyful little fellas, they just come in a clear bag with no information. They look handmade from a mixture of felt and knitted wool with beads inside for weight and thick metal wire in the hat - care needs to taken while handling these, the bendable metal wire in the hat will poke through the felt and stick out. While this enables the gnomes to hang up by the hat it could be dangerous in the wrong hands. It’s not sharp but can poke out unexpectedly.3 in a pack is good value, they are made well and can be positioned sitting down or hung up, though the short stumpy arms do look too high up like they are coming out of the head, the seam on the outside of the hat like it’s inside out adds to the alternative look.I really like this type of decoration, it does not scream out Christmas like many typical ones do, with no gaudy glitz they are just wintery, many seasonal decorations are way over the top for my tastes, these gnomes (or Swedish Santas as some people call them) being quirky with just a nose and beard for a face are right up my street.I do recommend them as a refreshing break from the seasonal norm for grown ups only. I would keep them well away from children and pets. I would have given 5 stars if they were safer to handle.

Cute festive characters
These adorable elf/gnome figures are a good size with a surprisingly heavy weight thanks to their filled bottoms. They have long fuzzy beards and tall felt hats with wire inside so you can bend and shape the hats to your chosen position. The legs are made of cute wool. They are best sat on an edge with their feet dangling down I think, such as on a fireplace. The reasons I have given these 4 stars instead of five are: Firstly, Im not sure why the hats were attached with a big stitched seam down the front. I think they would have looked nicer reversed with the seam at the back.Secondly, one of the thick wires from one elf/gnome started poking out through the felt material which is quite hazardous. I was able to push it back in without it causing a big hole but I still think this isn't very safe.Overall I have seen very similar ornaments in stores for a bit cheaper than the cost of these three (currently just under £14), but I do appreciate that these are hand made so they are worth it if you take that into account.I am saving these to keep my elf on the shelf company over the festive period.I hope you find this review helpful.

Quirky
This is a quirky Christmas decoration to add to the usual suspects and make things a bit different. I have been buying gnome decorations for the last couple of years and like the eclectic mix that is available, with these being suitable to place on a mantelpiece (or similar) thanks to their weighted bodies. You can sit the gnomes in a row and allow their legs to dangle over the edge without fear they will fall as all of the weight is in their bodies. The legs are broadly hollow with just the feet stuffed to give them shape. They have no eyes as their hats are stitched down to their noses; the hat has a piece of wire running through so it can be posed into a number of positions.I like the design and the gnomes are well constructed overall, albeit a couple of feet are oddly shaped and I wouldn’t have stitched the central seam of the hat in a boldly contrasting colour as it is fairly crudely done rather than being an obvious decorative feature. But overall they are great and are likely to last a good number of years.

Look great - work out £4.50 each - would recommend
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. These look cool, beards all need a bit of a brush when you get them out the bag, they sit on the windowsill or shelf really well you can have them pushed back or pulled right forwards so their long legs are dangling all the way down and they are securely sitting on the shelf without looking like they’re going to topple off, the hats all have a bendable piece of metal so you can shape them into any direction that you want I’m not too keen on the same that they’ve got running down the front of each pet and personally think it would’ve looked better if they had put that same at the back as it’s not particularly a nice feature to have a showing at the front but they do look cool and will Spruce up any boring shelf or mantelpiece over the Christmas period

Cute Christmas decorations and lovely gifts
These little gnomes are larger than I expected and at just under £14 for three of them would make lovely gifts for the grandchildren. They are quite heavy as the idea is that they sit on a shelf with their legs dangling down. They each have a pointy hat, a soft white beard and bobble nose which sits just under the hat. They are 3 different colours so each child will have their own gnome and be able to tell which is which. They will add to the festive spirit as Christmas approaches so I'm really looking forward to giving these to them at the time. They can be used again year after year, or just leave them out all year. I'm thinking they may also make a great present for older adults with long white beards - I have a friend who looks very much like one of these!
