No break in, very comfortable. Wore these boots right out of the box for 10 hours. I am impressed by the quality for the price.

This shoe is really comfortable and well made. It does make you about 2 or 3 inches taller, I wear cowboy boots and these are even taller than those, but of course not noticeable from the design

Very comfortable, seem like they are well built, I went with the size I usually wear and they fit well, and they look good too, we'll see how they wear, but I like them so far

These are a very comfortable pair of boots and at a really good price. I have worn every type of boot usually a pair every six months. I am still wearing these and doesn’t have a break in period just put on and go

I’m a 30 year mechanic and have always loved the wedge style boot. they look good in shorts and long pants. For 20 years I wore the black wedge diehard boot from sears. Those boots would not slip in oil, coolant or brake fluid. Since sears closed I could not find a wedge style boot in black that would not slip in oil, coolant, and brake fluid.I took a chance on these like 25 pairs before. I have FINALLY found a black wedge with a black sole that WILL NOT SLIP. If you’re a mechanic you know what I mean. It’s horrible wearing a boot that is not stable in oil and coolant. It’s hard on your back and super dangerous. For 90 bucks you can’t go wrong.I have found my go to work boots. After the first day I wore them I came home and ordered another set.PLEASE don’t discontinue that black wedge with the black sole. You have a customer for the rest of my working career.I will also be ordering different colors for riding the Harley and working around the house.

The lining covering the steel toe inside had worn out in approx 3 months, exposing the sole and causing a little discomfort. The heel cup lining inside had worn out in approx 7 months and the material behind this cup lining has degenerated, and the boot is no longer wearable. The boot on the outside is still like new, other than normal scuffs. This is sad, for now I must decide whether to accept the quality of my favorite boot and purchase the same or by another brand.

Durability is great. Comfort is a close to great, but could be better. Water resistant is reasonable. Great overall boot so far! Bought them October 2023, and work at a lumberyard with rock ground. Soles are in mint condition, even through the winter months in Iowa. No visible separation between soles and ankle support. Would buy again!

I ordered the soft toe and ended up with a steel toe instead. They wanted me to order a new pair then send these ones back upon receiving my order so I just kept the steel toes. The boots on their own are very very comfortable. I use mine for the motorcycle so don’t get a lot of ware and tare but seem to hold up well so far. They are waterproof but a bit hot. That being said, I would and will be purchasing another set of these!
