Thomas And Friends Wooden Railway - Hand Car

This is a really neat, different train car to add to your child's collection. The hand car mechanism actually moves up and down as the car is wheeled down the track. You cannot move the car by pushing the lever, the lever moves when the car is moved. I noticed that out of my own curiosity, my son hasn't noticed/isn't concerned. He generally has it as part of one of the long trains that he is conducting around our house and this car is very cool with the hand lever moving!

My child enjoys re-enacting some of his favorite Thomas stories. With the handcar he is able to re-enact the story, "Haunted Henry." In this particular story, Henry believes he sees a ghost but really it is a fog man riding up and down the rails on a hand car. The handle does go up and down as the car moves along the track. My son has really enjoyed this new train accessory.

I purchased this car because of the price! When it came in the mail it was even better than expected because it actually moves, so my son has fun connecting it to his other Thomas trains and moving the hand cart up and down. It's cute!

A great little pice with plastic parts but a wood platform. The handle moves when it rolls, not as much as I would have hoped though, and I would have prefered a metal handle instead of plastic. Still my little engineer loved it.

The handcar is very cool. My son loves it. The handles pump up & down as it rolls along the track. Anything with action is exciting to my 3 year old. The item was shipped out super fast. It arrived in perfect condition. I am extremely happy. Thank You!

I was so glad to see this hand car came back! We took our son to A Day Out With Thomas and he was able to ride on a hand car so this was a great addition to his collection!

I would highly recommend this little hand car if you have any of the battery powered wooden railway trains. It just adds that little bit of extra motion and looks really cool to the kiddos!
