So, I watched some YouTube videos for similar products to learn the best ways to utilize this mat since there were no instructions with this one, no booklet, no QR code that leads to a video, nothing. Easy enough to figure out what positions I could lay after watching the videos I searched for, so only minus one star. It's prickly at first, and mayne a little off-putting for a couple seconds until your nerve ending adjust to this new sensation. I liked how relaxed I became after only a minute or two, and easily took a cat nap while resting on this accupressure mat. I can't say it cures anything, but it does relax me.

After a prolonged issue with getting off to sleep at night a colleague recommended trying a shakti mat. Never seen them before, use on my bed for 20-30 mins before lights out, AMAZING result, now drop off to sleep within 10-15 mins compared with hours of active brain annoyance previously. Highly recommend trying a mat. Yes not comfy at first, but you are laid on spikes but quickly get used to the feeling and it becomes quite therapeutic not unpleasant in a short space of time. Carry bag is great, could take it with me recently on a visit to care for a family member and used it whilst I stayed. Won't ever be going to bed without one now!

I was a little sceptical that this would work, I've had middle back pain for 2 years but only when in bed, it wakes me up. I have tried this for 2 days before I go to bed. First day I was yawning my head off! I never yawn! And I didn't suffer with back pain in bed. Second day I slept well again. I'm hoping it continues to work and wish I had found it sooner. It really has made a difference to my wellbeing.

Very good value for money: good carry-bag, and useful set of two spiky spheres! The mat itself is a good dimension for real sized people - I’m short but with a long back. The neck pillow is firm, so would take some getting used to. I don’t need it right now, but you never know! I like having the non-garish black backing with white lotus flower spikes.

Got this for my posture/ back problems and also my sleep pattern.my son reccomend it to me as he swears by his to help him sleep.have used it a few times and it definitely helps with my sleep. It's quite weird at first but u get used to it..

Just as good as the ones that cost 3 times as much. Brilliant item, although I keep falling asleep on it 🙃
