Very thin!
These are the thinnest Mylar bags I've ever purchased/experienced. Wish I hadn't bought them. I am using to store freeze dried vegetables and herbs only, because I don't trust them to keep the food safely for more than a few months or so. Going back to my tried and true Mylar bags.

I love that they stand up while being filled
The pleated bottom which allows them to stand alone is a great benefit. Also, I love that they can be zipped shut after using only a portion of the contents. While this defeats long-term storage, it is great for using smaller portions of the food, and them sealing until you need it again. You could even use a new OA, before zip locking the bag again.
