It's leaking
Package seemed to be opened before. A large scratch by the button can be seen. Aside from cosmetics it functions fine with the exception of a MAJOR flaw; it leaks from the showerhead. The water is turned off but the head kept leaking the water that is inside. My old showerhead that was near identical in design and function was doing the same thing over the years of use so I decided to replace it with this only to find that this too is leaking. So disappointed overall.

Shower head is great, wonderful pressure but may have increased water bill
Replaced with this shower head on three showers. In the past two months my water bill has doubled. I’m worried it is from these heads. There is a lot of water and excellent pressure from them, but not worth it if they are going to double my water bill.

Would recommend
Looks sleek and expensive! Great value for money. Went to Home Depot after I purchased and this was by far the best looking shower head but they were charging $60. Only con is that the shower comes out so fast it almost hurts (and yes I know there's three settings) I do wish there was one more option but that's okay! Would still recommend.

I loved it at first, but…
I have had this a few months now and all of a sudden the switch no longer changes anything, and the streams of water keep shooting different directions and soaking my bathroom floor every time I shower. I have to rub the flat part where the water comes out the opposite direction for it to spray properly
