Great compounding pad for use with Shurhold's Dual Action Polishing System. I have been using Shurhold's system for years and continue to receive compliments on my boat's gel coat and stainless steel finish. These pads are designed for use with Shurhold's dual action polisher and Buff Magic compound paste which eliminates swirl marks and de-oxidizes your gel coat. When you're finished, apply their Pro Polish wax with their Pro Polish foam pad and you'll have a professional showroom finish, No more paying hundreds of dollars to a Detailer every year. It's that easy...Additionally, check out their web site for video instructions and detailed information about their product line. Great customer service as well. Don't judge the company on what I am sure was a random manufacturing defect - give them a call and allow them to correct the matter. They're a great group of people and want to ensure your complete satisfaction.And finally, they've come out with a product called Serious Pad Cleaner for use in cleaning your wool pads. Don't toss these out when you're done, simply clean them and they'll be ready for the next time around.I do not work for the company - just a very happy customer who happens to be using their product, at this moment, to detail my boat.

Not a better product anywhere.
This is a replacement head and the last one I still use. However, I have a black vehicle and didn't want to trasfer any color to my fiberglass boat. The polish pads 3152 are great for most wax/cleaning, but the wool head with high speed polishing wax or pure wax is awesome for buffing out on boats.

Perfect fit
This fits the Shurhold buffer and has made quick work on polishing my boat. It’s very easy to clean when finished ready for the next project.

Ok, but not great.
These are expensive for what they are. I'm a believer in using branded items with their brand. So these fit great on my buffer, but they take some time to get use to. I used a ultra fine compound, Not Shurhold's either. So it could be that, but these pads seem to cake up real fast. For the price, I thought they'd last a bit, before combing out. Overall, I won't buy these again. I'll find something more affordable and toss them as the cake up, and not waste time combing.

A must-have for compounding
If you have a Shurhold buffer and need to compound you need to use this, the polishing pad will not hold up. It does mat up while using, but all sheepskin pads do. Just keep fluffing it (I use a flea comb) and buffing away and your boat will be back in shape in no time!

Nice buffing pad
This is a nice buffing pad. I used it to polish a dark blue stripe in the gelcoat on my boat. The pad picked up a lot of dirt but it did an excellent job. A bit on the expensive side but worth the investment.
