I received a replacement pc from Win at customer service for Sev-Ouvislite, after support with Amazon expired. I still corresponded with the seller via Amazon's buyer seller messaging. The replacement mini pc arrived on the day it was predicted to arrive by Win. The new PC is in excellent condition. It doesn't have a rather loud fan noise that the original mini-pc did. Upon researching this issue online, I came to the conclusion that perhaps there was an issue with not enough cooling gel in between the heat sinks of the processor and the fan. I am told that this is almost unheard of with Sev Ouvislite products. Judging from the quality of the new pc and the fact that they stand behind their products, I believe that the problem with the original pc is quite rare. This is my first time getting a mini PC, I am amazed for this price and accessories quality. As I'm writing this comment with this mini PC right now, this thing works flawlessly, not to mention it's so much faster than my old computer, it also comes with the latest window, window 11 Pro, I have no problem using it to work on spreadsheet and word documents. Other than that, I watch youtube and other streaming platforms without any latency. I'm not too much of a gaming person so I haven't checked out any high end games with this, but I can play mind craft without any issues. Overall I am very satisfied, if in the future that I need a high end PC, I can transform this mini PC as a file server since it barely use any battery.

I have tried everything to keep this so called mini computer from ruining my life. This machine cuts off my display every 5 or so minutes even though I have set power settings to never cut off my display. I have been trying to resolve this issue online with videos with driver up daters. You can believe I am not a newbie at none of this and I can't take it anymore. I don't want anybody else to spend over a year trying to use your new mini. Send it back as soon as you get it. It is too late for me, so I have to accept this loss. It just cut me off twice while making this post. I just came back, January 24,2024. I forgot to include the fact that I have reset this machine from the microsoft online download site at least five times in my endeaver to get the proper drivers for windows 11 pro. It is still doing it today as we speak.

Purchased as part of a home theater system to display Internet streaming videos eg) YouTube... does quite well for this purpose (not really for gaming). The video card is slightly limited in options and is restricted to RGB but for this use no downrating. Despite some comments, I have not noticed any significant noise during operation. There are plenty of connections for external devices. A big plus is the ability to quickly add a 2.5" SSD/HD in an upper compartment. Some have commented that the unit would hang during initial registration of Windows 11. This is a Microsoft issue. Completely disconnect the computer from the Internet prior to beginning the installation and it will sail through.

This was a good purchase. I only needed it for doing my genealogy research. Of course it is no speed demon, but after I updated it to windows 11 it was very slow. So I wiped the hard drive clean and installed Linux Mint. Runs very smooth now. Just shows how much windows is a resource hog. I did add an SSD 1 TB drive I had lying around. Makes a nice linux computer. (Of course all my other computers except my laptop run Linux Mint.) I would highly recommend this to anyone that is going to do web browsing and some light graphics work. Fits nicely under my monitor stand out of the way. Kinda of disappointed in the ethernet port, the wireless connection is much faster, I get 245Mbps out of my 250Mbps internet, ethernet is well under half of that, and yes I have a CAT7 ethernet cable.

This is a fantastic mini Windows PC with all of the functions of a standard desktop PC. I'm using my TV as a monitor because they were retired several years ago and we now have laptops and tablets, and it works perfectly. I have a wireless keyboard and mouse that work properly. I also have a card reader for SD and micro SD cards, as well as a 1T external drive. It's fantastic to have so many ports on such a small PC. The installation is very simple, and there is no lag in any of the functions; everything opens and functions as expected. Overall, this device is a fantastic space-saving option that I desperately needed, as well as an excellent PC.

I used one of these for a client's jobsite video conference setup. Worked better than expected! Hooked it up to the big screen TV on the wall, attached a Vid camera, a wireless keyboard and BT Jabra and everything was all setup! Works very well. Throw in the smattering of document management and this system has, knock on wood, been rock solid. It won't break any speed records but it's certainly no slouch either. Mine came with Win10 and I believe it had the option to upgrade to 11. Would recommend to others, would purchase again. Not sure about the warranty though, fingers cross that's an option any time soon.

In the advice above it says “To avoid waiting for system loading, please don't connect to the network when you first use the mini PC until your mini PC's windows system is running.” I didn't do this so the setup asked me to enter my Microsoft ac login and pin, and the screen got stuck on the pin prompt. I had to enter the BIOS to restore the default user setup. After restarting I was still on the network but I chose not to login to my Microsoft a/c and selected offline mode. Then in settings I downloaded the windows recommended updates and its running Win 11 and so far so good.Very impressed with it after that.
