Q: Has anyone looked at this model’s ankles/feet?

cut and paste job...those feet do not belong to that head

Q: Does the waffle cuff/collar make robe feel heavier or bulky? Hope I made sense.

No, this does not feel heavy at all of the collar and cuffs part. It is a lightweight robe but surprisingly warm for when I walk out to the cold kitchen late at night. Its so lightweight that you can even fold the cuffs up more if you need to if you need to mess with a cream dish, or water for something and you dont want to accidently get it wet. With a heavy robe you couldn't be able to fold it or pull up easily if you need too. It's great. Hope that helps.

Q: How does this come packaged?

It was folded nicely, the product’s cardboard “band” with name of the item, etc was around the center, and it was in a square thick plastic zippered bag, sort of like you would see for a comforter or something. Kept all the plush contained and clean. Was very nice. Since the product packaging was well contained and durable, that was shipped in a white sealed Amazon plastic bag, and it was fine.

Q: Is this suppose to look wrinkly like crushed velour? Mine came vacuum sealed in a small hard cube & its still wrinkly after hanging up overnite

Mine has been hanging for a couple of weeks and it is no longer wrinkly.
