Spa Girl says, "This supple pillow provides deep, penetrating sinus and headache relief using a mixture of pressure and aromatherapy." Pop in the microwave for 30 seconds and let the decongestant properties of peppermint, spearmint and eucalyptus help open the sinus passages. Take a deep breath, even in the height of allergy season. Not that's how I smell relief!

but it probably shouldn't cause your skin to burn like it does
This thing still ended up getting mint or some other very powerful scent oil on my eyelids and around my face where I put the mask. If you're careful not to get any in your eyes, it works okay as a heated mask (and the scent definitely helps with sinuses), but it probably shouldn't cause your skin to burn like it does.
