Received in double sealed bag. You need a fine sieve or cone coffee filter to filter the fine leaves after brewing. Not sure what these leaves are supposed to taste as this is my first time buying guava leaves tea… but was not unpleasant.

The dried, crushed leaves of the guava tree are good for quite a few thing regarding one's health and body. It helps me with lowering my glucose and with not having to have a bathroom a few feet away all the time. My hair and nails are growing as the never have before and the tea also helps me with my blood pressure. It you steep the tea about 5 minutes, the taste is good. Steep it longer and it tastes rather bitter, but oh how it works.

I just like teas and I wanted to try something new

Not high quality, does not work like most guava leaf teas in diarrhea relief. Tastes off.

heard from friends that guava leaves can help balance the blood pressures level, blood sugar and blood fat....after i try it 3 week half tea spoon of tea to a 3 cups size and it sure low down a bit may be need that for long run can see more results and i like the taste of this tea and i will keep to drink
