Just bought alienware 15 r4 very happy with the product same as described i contacted seller is really helpfull appriciate it .

Parts break out of no where
Would be good, expect it’s horrible for the following reasons1. There’s ALWAYS something breaking on it. For example, currently my touchpad broke out of the blue and when i fixed that then the keys stopped working and I can’t even sign in or fix it. If someone has a solution, please help me. I tried rebooting it and I tried everything, nothing’s working.
