They are sturdy, easy to install.I use it for my curtain rods.

This bracket is rather strong for how cheap it is but how ever your rod will slide side to side if you don’t fabricate something to prevent it. A set screw would work if they feel like revising it.

These seem to be the only curtain rod holders where someone actually did some basic engineering design. I bought these to replace another set of typical L bracket ones that were bending from the curtain weight. These are handling the weight no problem. I've only had them for a few days, but I'll update this review if that changes, but the design makes me pretty confident.I spray painted mine with a metallic spray paint to get them to match my brushed-nickel curtain rod. Ended up looking great,I thought the white plastic inserts would be useless, but they are actually quite nice - the curtain rod "snaps" into them pretty well, so there is no locking screw or anything required.The only negative, and it's a slight one, is the top screw is hard to access with an electric screwdriver/drill. The bottom one is easy. I have found similar issues with most curtain rod holders, not just this one.Seems like a great product, would be even better if more finish options were avilable.

My dog started pulling on my curtains when she would get worked up barking out the window and eventually bent/weakened the standard L-shaped ones I had.These have held up well to my dog's destructive behavior. My dog still managed to pull down my curtains with these brackets, but only because she pulled hard enough that the drywall anchors popped out. These brackets are still in great shape. I just recommend installing them into a stud with longer screws.

Old set bent, these hangers are really built good. Hardware for installation is very cheap. Thus 4 star!
