My SUV sits up high and this makes it a easy task lifting the vehicle.... if you leave in the garage weight isn't really a big deal because it rolls.. if you carry it in your vehicle it's not that big of a deal if you are only using it it for when you occasionally have a flat tire and it's probably not a big deal if your back isn't messed up like mine is right now.. So, I am very pleased with it.... when I first got it it has grease where you put the handle into the actual jack it had some kind of debris in it but I wiped it out and was no big deal, I'll simply re-grease that part and it will be fine..The weight doesn't really bother me, because well made tools etc. often weigh more than a cheaper tool ... My Wife says You got a jack like the ones they use at pit stops, Not quite but it more than sufficient and it looks good, looks like it will hold up a long time, the handles are Nice, the long handle keeps me at a safe distance while lifting the vehicle until I can get the jack stands safely under my SUV, Cheaply made jacks and jack stands fail one time and that could be the last time and even a excellent jack and stands can fail if you don't have everything just so - So PLEASE Always Always Take every Safety Precaution - I have seen cars fall off their jacks several times and luckily no one was injured or killed but it doesn't help your vehicle to slam down on the concrete floor either..I feel Much Safer With This Jack but I will still take every precaution like it could be the last time if I did not do so..I LIKE IT ! I thought about one for my son and my son-in-law as a Christmas gift but not this time but this is a great gift and for piece of mind anytime... My SUV / Full Sized Jeep took the large pad, it's not required but it may very well save you from damaging part of the under carriage of your vehicle.

Easy to put together, fairly light for moving around. I use it on a 2008 gmc sierra 1500 lifted 8" with 35's, also loaded with tools in boxes, ladder rack and ladders so I'm close to 7,000lb's and it lifts easily, very sturdy, soft let down. I use it comfortably lifting the whole front or rear, one at a time and couple jack stands. Price was worth what I paid and am pleased with this jack, being displeased by many before.

I've used this several times to lift my 2015 Sierra 1500 crew cab pickup truck.I use a hockey puck on top of the pad to keep from ruining it.It easily lifts my truck up to a nice height.It's much lighter and easier to move around than my old Craftsman jack was (all steel 3-1/2 ton).I'd definitely recommend it.Update 1/2019:This is stll working great for both my 2015 Sierra and 2006 GTO.It lifts both up to a height where I can easily get jack stands underneatth them.I still recommend it.

VERY GOOD QUALITY, AND STRONG. NOT AS LIGHT WEIGHT AS I THOUGHT. I HAVE ANOTHER ALL STEEL JACK, ABOUT THE SAME SIZE AND COPARED THE ARCAN 3 TON, I WOULD SAY IT ABOUT 10 POUND WEIGHT DIFFERENCE, BUT THE ARCAN 3 TON IS VERY EASY TO USE AND MOVE AROUND.

I have only used this jack once and it was to do a complete break job on my Chevy Silverado...NO ISSUES. I was really surprised when I un-boxed it. It not only looks really cool but it is built tough. My favorite part of the jack is that it has the really long pole extension.

I have an Audi with a very small area to safely jack up the vehicle at each wheel area. This jack is exceptionally low profile and really the pictures online do not do it justice. It nearly lays flat and rolls so smoothly, even on rough concrete. It is heavy-heavy, every bit of the 50-plus pounds as described. But those are solid performing pounds. This thing jacked up my Audi almost eight inches tire clearance, and I was able to emplace the jack stands with at least 3 notches showing.If you are working underneath a vehicle, rotating your tires or fixing your brakes, this is the right 3-ton jack for the job. I would definitely choose this one over the cheaper alternatives, as this Arcan jack will stand the test of time and sometimes you just know superior quality when you see it.This is superior quality.

Lifting piston keeps sticking and will not lift anything when stuck. Worthless. Wasted time and money, don’t recommend.

I recieved this fairly quick. Took it out of box and slip it under my forktruck. It pick it up better than an older 3ton jack I have in my shop. I bought this because it weighs almost less than half of my old solid steel one. I will take it with me in my truck to change, if i have any, flats on my RV.
