I bought this after I had purchased a foam square mat because my son kept taking apart the squares and chewing on them. I love this mat because it is big and one solid piece. He can't pull it apart and it's water proof too. If he spills something on it or spits up I just wipe it up and done. And it's skid proof too. I highly recommend to new mommies for tummy time this mat is comfortable and durable. I did wash it in my shower with dawn before I put my baby on it. And do put stuff on the corners to flatten it out. I love the pattern too. Hope this review helps this mat is worthy of the price.

This mat is AWESOME! I honestly don't know what the other reviewers are talking about. It is so much more thick and cushioned than I expected. And babies are supposed to chew on things...not sure why chewing on this nontoxic mat is different than any other mat out there. As you can see in my photo, the alphabet is correct. Those complaining may have purchased the smaller version and it was cut differently?? LO has face planted numerous times and I'm not even slightly concerned because this mat has that much cushion. The only complaint I could have is that it's really heavy, but to me that's a great thing, not a downside.

I don’t think its washable but it sure is water proof. My son poured cup of water on top of it while I wasn’t looking, he had a splash bath on it :), I didn’t. The mat stood up to the water. No moist or poignant smell. definitely dried up pretty quickly. Next time I’ll make sure to keep away liquids so hopefully it’ll last longer than expected. I recommend it to anyone as a parent.

Make sure you wipe down! It’s a great mat I mean I love everything about it but it certainly picks up all the dirt from child play. So it’s best to wipe down every so often. Other than that it’s a great mat very good quality. So no problems here. But make sure you’re on top of the dirt!

I was skeptical of spending this much for a mat but it really is fantastic. Pretty much the size of a full mattress, nice and thick but easily rolled and put in the corner. Baby is learning to sit and can fall over on it head first and doesn't seem phased. Easy to clean. Easier than putting together and taking apart a bunch of foam squares. Portable---took it to the grandparents house with only wood floors to have a softer spot to lay him down. Fun colors and pictures. Really like it and recommend it.

I purchased this for my 3 year old and it turns out both my 3 and 7 year old are having a blast. It's the one thing that brought them together and has me wondering why I didn't get this any sooner! It's good quality and the kids (and I) love it.

This mat comes packaged rolled up and it's impossible to stop it from rolling up unless you get something to hold each end down permanently I wouldn't suggest this mat to anyone who wants to have it out for awhile then put back up because it's a struggle to get it flat after rolling it out I'm returning mine for a foldable one that's easy to take out anytime and put back up after use. Other than that the size and quality was good.

Product was delivered very fast, very colorful (both sides) cushy enough that when my 6 month granddaughter tips over she doesn't hit the hard wood floor and better for grandma to sit on as well. Highly recommend.
