great rod for travel
I have owned a lot of rods over the years, and this one performed much better then expected. My son even battled a 5' barracuda on it and would have landed it if we had heavier line on our reel.It folds down very small to fit in a small backpack. Would buy this again.

This fishing rod is compact and quality wise well made . But! Stiffer & Faster than what I would like.

This rod was really nice for the 3 times I got to use it before it broke while fighting a fishRepairable I'm sure, I just didn't think it would happen so soon

This rod seems well made..... however, it is listed as having medium action but it has action that is lighter than rods I own listed as medium/lite.
