Car Bank - Coin Bank for Boys - Teach Financial Literacy for Kids - Piggy Bank for Boys

I couldn't be more pleased. This is a really unique bank, and I know the boy, who is getting it, will be very happy.On top of that, I received it the very next day!

My 6 year old grandson is going to start getting an allowance soon. He is a huge car enthusiast, so this seemed a good choice. There are several savings slots... save, invest, spend, donation. I plan to match his donation and savings numbers. I also purchased an "I can read" book on savings too. There are 4 round openings on the bottom - you turn it them to open.. While I could use the center bar to turn the tabs to the open setting, I was not able to lift them out without the tip of a pair of scissors. That may be a good thing to make it a bit difficult to get into?? It is a thick, smooth plastic. There are no moving parts (other than the openings tabs). It looks like a cartoony car in my opinion. It's not huge, but it takes a pretty good foot print - one of my pics has a ruler so you can get an idea of the actual size. I should say it's fairly heavy too, even without coins. I have included 3 pics of what we got. It was very well packed, surrounded with styrofoam.

The circular seals at the bottom give way pretty easily causing the coins to fall off. Enjoyed it the first week, but after my kids had about 15 or so coins the circular seal fell ll apart

These are great high quality piggy banks, complete with brief description of each of the four categories of coin input: Savings, Investment, Giving and Spending. The kids love them.

This gift was for an almost 4 year old boy. He was very pleased with his Easter Gift.
