Just like the original
I was skeptical with the reviews however when we received the package it was packaged well and not damaged. The glass is almost the same as the original is thick and fits perfect with my Samsung microwave.

Direct replacement
My wife, may the gods forever smile upon her... she thought it would be fun to take the old glass out and wash it, little did she know the toddler had microwaved... something that made it slippery (i think it was soapy water) that had dried. she lost her grip and it fell and shattered. We looked at other microwaves, screw that! They don't make good microwaves anymore and to get one with the features of our old microwave and the size it is would have been like $1500! This replacement glass worked perfectly. took it out of the package, rinsed it off, popped it on. TADAH perfect fit.

Great replacement
This was an exact replacement of our previous microwave plate. For whatever reason, our original plate completely broke in half when microwaving ramen. This replacement just slid right in position and has been perfect ever since. Very pleased!
