Astrotec AM800 High Performance in-Ear Dynamic Stereo Headphone IEM - Blue

I was simply amazed at the sound quality of these IEMs. I have been trying to find an earphone that gave me the sound I liked...a brightness, not to analytical...these fit the bill. The overall balance is excellent. The bass is there, present but not overpowering. The mids are where the Astrotec AM800 shine...vocals are clear, precise and right up front. The highs, like the bass, are sharp, pronounced but not harsh or annoying. I have a few more expensive IEMs but these have now become my favorite..beautiful, comfortable and a great IEM for the money. At first I was reluctant to purchase because of conflicting testimony. I'm glad I took the leap. Upon insertion I was initially very disappointed. An hour later I was much less so. Through out the day I became enthusiastic. Good soundstage. Bass has impact. Dynamics were superb. Depth good. This iem gets my recommendation. After burn in you too will be enthusiastic.
