I never drank much coffee but this gets ya up... More so then other supplements with more stuff in them. Plus gives focus. Probably worth the price depending on how much you spend in the morning. Also great for mid-late day; I use often before a study sess.

This is just the right amount of caffeine and L theanine to give me some extra focus and energy. No crash either. I'll buy again.
