I have tried many a shake in my day. I looked at returning this as it was that bad, but unfortunately it was too late. The flavor is not good. The consistency leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely other options are better. All 4 of my kids and my husband gagged when I had them try it. I love the plain resistance starch to make my own, but this blend is not worth it. One star for an effort.

I've been searching for a tasty shake with that I can digest for ages. This has been an absolute game changer.
