Danielle Steel's: Crossings ( TV Mini-Series)

I liked how my order arrived earlier then it was suppose to and arrived in perfect condition.

The disc has 3 movies titled: Pearl Harbor, WWII and Pre-War). At first I thought they were confusing names and if you look at it from a US Perspective it should be: Pre-War, WWII and Pearl Harbor), but asides from that the series starts out with a loving husband who is a steel magnate and he's on his way to Europe to get information about the war at Roosevelt's request. He's married and his wife fools around so he is in a loveless marriage.We also meet a young lady married to the French ambassador having dinner with the Roosevelt's just after the steel magnate left. We learn that the French ambassador is being recalled to France. There is plenty of romance (the steal magnate himself, his wife, the ambassador and his wife, the ambassador's son). I've never watched or read a Daniele Steel movie or book before and did not know what to expect but once I started watching it I couldn't stop because I like Cheryl Ladd as an actress as well as Lee Horsely.The mini-series has some great stars and it's hard to believe that the series is now 32 years old.

The DVDs from her books are outstanding, interesting with every detail on era represented being precise.c. We recommend the Crossing and all of Steel's books/DVDs for your library ... it will give you hours of great entertainment. See ZOYA, JEWELS, THE RING, they are fantastic ! Like us, you will be drawn into the plot wanting to know what happens next and, at times require a tissue moment.

Saw this mini series on tv years ago. I have always been a fan of Lee Horsley, Jane Seymour and Cheryl Ladd. You won't be disappointed.

2 of the 3 movie titles are mixed up, otherwise it's a good miniseries

My daughter really enjoyed all of the dvds sent to her. The service was great.

Love this mini series when it first aired. Still love it.

It’s not as good as the book but worth watching.
