The media could not be loaded. I recently moved into my first apartment and ran into multiple problems that I had to solve by buying a couch:1. I had to get a couch that would be able to sleep at least two people (family, friends, and other guests)2. I had a lot of space in the living room, specifically the corner, that needed to be filled3. I wanted to solve problems 1 and 2 without breaking the bankI would say by buying this couch I was able to solve all of these problems!+ The functionality of this couch is seriously unmatched. Having the option to leave the couch unfolded and put a coffee table in the middle while being able to seat a lot of people is amazing. Yet what's more crazy to me is the fact that when the couch is folded out it can sleep up to three adults comfortably.+ As mentioned in the video in regards to the comfort of this couch - if you are someone who hates extremely plush or firm couches this one is going to be the one for you. I would describe it as somewhere in the middle to where it's not too soft or firm.+ The overall design of this couch is stunning. It matches the color of my bar stools and the overall aesthetic of the apartment (and most importantly my kitten July). It is a "fabricy" material and I think it will hold fairly well over time! You won't feel cold sitting in it like you would on a leather couch.+ Lastly the cost. I think you get "a lot of couch" and functionality for this price so I would say it's definitely worth it.- I did have an issue with the shipping/delivery of this couch, however, it was not the seller's fault (rather that of the third-party delivery company). The seller responded in a quick and professional manner, listening to my concerns and making things right.

My husband and I looked everywhere for a specific style of couch for a decent price. When we saw this one on Amazon, we were skeptical because we weren’t able to test out the comfort first or physically see the color and size. We received this couch a week ago, and so far, it is one of the absolute best purchase we have made.It was extremely easy to put together, and the size is perfect. It’s firm, but it’s not uncomfortable. I prefer soft couches, but I was able to sit on this couch all day while working from home with no issues. I’m not sure what it is like to sleep on yet.The color is just like the pictures you see others post, so it’s definitely gray. We wanted a black couch to go with our other furniture, but this didn’t look too bad alongside the other furniture that we have.Now, one caveat that I’ll mention is that the delivery was a mess. The actually delivery was weeks after the delivery window provided on Amazon and it was delivered through a trucking company. Also, since we live in an apartment, the delivery company tried charging us over $200 to bring it upstairs for us. Fortunately, my husband and I were able to get it ourselves from the front of the building.The seller was really kind and accommodating throughout my several complaints about the delivery. I was very impressed with the service we received from the seller.Despite the delivery issues, the couch itself is a 10/10 for the price. Highly recommend!

I love this couch, it is very light and easy to put together. I am a pregnant mother and my toddler and I put this together (she screwed in the legs). We are a family of many children,3 animals and adding another baby as well, this couch fit our entire family for our family movie night and we all were extremely comfortable to the point that some of the kids,all of the animals, and my husband all fell asleep while we were all cuddled together. The pullout bed works perfectly if you don’t want to move from the couch. I got the light gray color and it is absolutely beautiful, the only downside is that I have already had some staining because of my children and animals but that is to be expected with such a light color. Shipping was a problem as UPS continuously lost pieces but the seller worked with me the entire time and sent out more pieces each time without making me pay, they also gave me a discount and refund for my longer waiting time and that was truly appreciated. They stay in contact the entire time and their communication is amazing. I definitely recommend!

This couch is hard and uncomfortable. The back does not go up far enough. Fabric is cheap, stuffing in the pillows is cheap as well. The pull out part of used often breaks. I have never been more disappointed in a purchase, especially considering the high price point. I can see that the price since I purchased went down…. We hate this couch.

I love my sofa. Didn’t take long to put together. Sofa is firm, and comfortable. I would say yes, buy this sofa, but no don’t buy it because it took about 2 1/2 weeks for it to arrive. Did not arrive by the estimated date Amazon gave us.

Easy to assemble. Good directions. Quality equal to Ikea. Comfortable enough for basement man cave

It was really easy and quick to put together All of the boxes came on the same day and it came over a week earlier than expected it looks exactly as pictured I was sceptical to order a sectional off Amazon but this has been great so far is comfortable and easy to wipe off overall I would say it's absolutely worth the price

I ordered this couch for my new apartment whixh im still moving into. The first couch had a delivery truck accident but the seller was very quick to send me a replacement! Literally amazing communication and customer service!The couch is firm, which I find very comfortable. It is also pretty large, so make sure you have room for it. It ships in 4 separate boxes, each between 80 and 100lbs.Super easy to assemble but make sure you start with the left most section, then connect the corner, then the middle, then the chaise. I made the mistake of starting with the chaise. The connectors between the sections are made to snap together from left to right.Overall I really love this couch and have had a really good experience with this seller.
