Simple, Reliable, Cool
I know I need 3 charges a day, which a phone of 3000 mah (an S7), I need over 9000 Mah and a battery that really will have that, not something that claims more, but delivers less. I knew when I got a phone again without swappable batteries, I was going to have to get another power bank. They are never as small or light or cheap or reliable or fast and swapping out a charged battery, but they are a necessary adjunct for a power user.Pros: When I plug my phone into this bank, the estimated charge time is usually faster than when I plug it into its OEM 2.0 charger. (I need to do more testing to verify "how much faster", but it has been faster, which surprised me, since it should be locked at 2.0 speeds).Solid quick charge, no complaints. It didn't get hot charging the brick & it didn't get hot charging my phone. Even during use while charging, the phone is still gaining % not just losing %. I was very pleased it came with a plug, cable & bag, all Quick Charge rated.Even if the phone isn't QC 3.0, the brick is so it can charge faster. The phone battery is 3000, the bank is 10040. Math says it should only be able to charge a little over 3 times. Actual use of the unit defies the math.American in the good sense of what Made In America should mean.It doesn't have any stupid features that can accidentally drain power from the device while you carry it, like a button that sticks out for a flash light. Thank you Anker for design that should be obvious, but often gets overlooked.Cons: It's heavier, larger and more expensive than some options. It doesn't do pass through charging. Only charge one device at a time. There's not a switch to keep the lights off, while charging.Other thoughts:I probably could have gotten a cheaper anker product that is Quick 2.0 in and out and more Mah, but I hope it will be worth the investment. Time will tell whether I find myself buying other banks for the missing features and how well this one holds up. The worst bank I ever bought is still functional, so I expect a lot from this one.

Size, Power, Design, Quality Great Battery
I have been using the Anker PowerCore+ for a week now and tested it with various devices and can say this power bank can deliver. It comes in a small blue and white box and is very well packaged comes with a usb charging lead and a carry pouch so you don't damage or scratch it. The PowerCore can easily fit in one hand and feels nice and weighty, The casing is metal and feels very premium. When charging the PowerCore there is 10 led lights on the button that spin around whilst charging showing you the charge level at the same time. As always with Anker they have colour coded there usb port to identify what the unit is capable. The unit gets warm whilst its charging at full power on Quick Charge 3.0 but that is to be expected but has a nice aluminium case to dissipate the heat generator.Tests using a inline volt meter to test.Note 3 - Fast Charges at (2A 5V)Note 4 - Quick Charge 2.0 (2/3A 5/9V)Nexus 6P - Fast Charges (2A 5V)Samsung S6 - Quick Charge 3.0 (3/2/1.5A 5V to 12V)The PowerCore can be Quick Charge 3.0 using a Quick Charge 3.0 charger. Very fast at charging the PowerCore.Battery life is excellent giving its small form factor its smaller then a Note 3 and twice as thick as the Note 3.So far this is the best charger I have had and is worth every penny and also very safe which you don't normally get from unnamed brands.I was supplied a sample for test and evaluation, and I promised that my review is fair and honest.
