The media could not be loaded. Really thin, think soda can wall but a little thicker. Used with a 7.5w alternating laser and it works really well. Don't pay attention to the image in the advertisement, it isn't brass/goldish color underneath, it's just aluminum. Light weight. Size is about 54mm by 86mm. Cleans well with alcohol or never dull. Don't get them wet or they're impossible to pull apart. They bend and return to shape, but if you fold them they snap.

I'm guessing you need a fiber laser to engrave on these . i tried on several pieces using a 20W and got the same results every time even after changing the laser settings. if you run a fast speed with high power they warp,if running slow with low power, they warp. many many times did i try and perfect this but same outcome every time. A little thinner then i was expecting.

Arrived well packaged and each set of 100 is packaged separately and even wrapped in a plastic bag. No scratches and very flexible. To engrave I placed on a section of cardboard, as my laser would not drop down low enough to reach the correct focal length. Marked cardboard with an outline so I could position repeat runs of the cards more easily. Will order more as needed.
