Got the defected product and return or replace option in not even working.
This is the worst service i got from Amazon. The product is not even working and i am not able to replace it as the option is not working. I tried to contact Amazon customer care but after 3 days yet haven’t received any response from them.

Gets the job done
I bought this as an alternate to my BPL tv when the original remote stopped working. While the Reliance digital store people were selling me one for 950 rupees I thought let me buy the one which is online cause it is significantly cheaper. Boy was I wrong, because this product does not come with a microphone one has to manually type which believe me gets inconvenient really quickly. Also parents and older people might find it difficult to use it. ( I said parents and older people because my parents are one of the older people not because I believe all parents inherently loose the ability to handle technology) But if you are looking for a cheap thing to just turn your tv on and off go for it. But in that case I think this product should have been a lot less expensive given it's functionality. Quality is ok I guess.
