(Update 9-4-19):Customized Trophy plate sent separately seems to have been lost in the mail. Our mailman is extremely unreliable, often delivering mail from other addresses to us, and I can only assume vice-versa. I reached out to Decade Trophies and they immediately sent out another plate with a tracking number. Fantastic customer service. Five stars.(Original):Decided to start selecting employees of the month and giving these out. The team instantly loved them. The paint job is done nicely, but each trophy appears to be hand-painted, so you get some variances (which is nice so they don't all look exactly the same from a machine). The resin and quality of the trophy seems very durable and feels high quality. If you order from Decade Awards, they will send you a customized engraved little plaque to stick on the trophy for free, separately in the mail. You just have to email them and they are super helpful. I thought I would have to superglue it to the trophy but it comes with a sticky backing that really cements it to the trophy. Make sure it's placed how you want it! Really great quality product, I will definitely continue to buy trophies from Decade Awards for as long as I can.

As the title implies this product is great however there are just a few marks but don't worry you can't see them from a distance only up close like really close.

This is a beautiful, and countertop- sized award. It came quick, and the personalized plate came within a few days!

I recently ordered 6 of these for an award ceremony at work. These are by far the best value based trophy I could find. They aren’t plastic and they look really nice. The fact that you get a free customized engraved plate with every purchase was the biggest selling point for me. They shipped those just as quick and they were perfect as well.

I'm in love with this trophy but more in love with the seller. I requested an engraved plate and seller contacted me almost immediately for information and notified me when was sent (which was fast). Plate receiving was delayed due to weather conditions there but she always answered my messages and did not hesitate to send a replacement if needed.

Ordered the little name plate from the same company. Came surprisingly fast. Will be ordering additional in the future!
