Complete pain- warped cheap lumber full of bugs
A shed kit this size is impossible to puzzle fit pieces when the lumber is warped. Sides are terribly engineered, which is probably why they don't show pictures. Definitely can't hang shelving on the sides. I'll be lucky if it doesn't collapse from snow. Had to spend an extra $1,200 to complete. Should have just made the trips to hardware store to buy the entire shed and followed the shopping list found by googling.Instructions are terrible. Pay very close attention to their small very important details.Be prepared to buy wood, hardware, especially screws, and spend $3k on an ok not great looking shed.

Very Happy!
Excellent value for the money. And a great size. Took a few days for a couple of handy men to put it together so it’s not easy-breezy! But, all the parts were in the package, nothing was broken. Very happy!

Stylish Shed
I gave this product 5 stars because it is sold as a shed. And the listing on Amazon was accurate. It states upfront what is and is not included. The pros: 1) It is actual real wood cut to length and includes all the fasteners, door hardware and windows. 2) It is a very nice looking shed and not barn looking like most other sheds. 3)It’s spacious and can fit a lot of shed things in it. 4) You can paint it whatever colors you like. 5) This shed was much cheaper than almost every other shed I looked at for the quality ( I looked everywhere!). 6) included subfloor. 7)It was shipped to our house, me not having to load it up at Home Depot was a plus. The cons: 1) this is not built with studs 16 on center and the studs on the side walls lay flat… this matters if you have snow load to consider. 2) It does not come with roofing materials or insulation or foundation, This is added cost - but it says that clearly in the listing.. so I have a hard time counting that as a con. We built a foundation for ours and added shingles etc. 3) you need some experience building to put this together. My husband is an experienced builder and he had to make some cuts etc to make it work and the instructions are mostly pictures which was a bit weird. If you don’t know how the layout a frame and standup walls this is out of your range to put together and you could hurt yourself. All in all this shed is working great for a shed and looks really nice in my yard! For the price compared to other sheds it was cheaper and included a floor which most others in this price range did not. I bought it to see if I could also make it work as a mini cabin in northern Michigan. For that we have some improvements to handle snow load and cold weather along with adding real windows, which will add to the price but will still be less than all the other sheds!

Cheap materials
Like the style. Needs. complete assembly. Like how parts marked, but some markings are unreadable or non existent. Had to go through whole instructions and carefully measure those to figure out what markings to write on the pieces before assembly. Uses nails instead of my preferred screws for flooring. Flooring is flimsy 2x4s. Not even the full 12' length. Requires "toe nailing" 2x4s together to get 12' length. Could easily come apart with any continued stress. I replaced the whole floor with 2x6 of the proper length. Cheap OSB used for floors, walls, and roof. Very subject to discentigration with any moisture. The rest is decent 2x4 studs cut precisely. However, several boards were twisted and needed my carpenter neighbor to straighten. A couple were so bad I had to replace them. As with most shed kits, roofing is not included. Instructions good for composite shingles but I used metal. No instructions for that. Fortunately, I've used metal roofing before and you tube has good tutorials. Over all it's an OK shed, but you get what you pay for.

Bad intentions and material sucked
A client bought this and hired me to put it together for them. Over it’s ok but the instructions sucked and every piece of wood was a different length. Causing issues with a squaring. I would not recommend this if you don’t know how to build or frame already. I can see it getting very frustrating.

Assembles with nails, not screws. Warped Lumber.
Very disappointing. Package comes on a shrink wrapped pallet, not a crate. Multiple lumber pieces were cracked, warped, knotted. Very Important Note: The product is assembles with nails, not screws. This can be a problem for customers in hot/cold climates where the nails will eventually work their way out and develop cracks in the shed joints. For the price, I was surprised.

Love it!
I laid the foundation myself and hired a handyman to help put it together.

Great Design
The design of this shed is fantastic and the directions are pretty good (other than the roof: Go with metal - the slope is not enough for asphalt as it says in the directions). I added a window in the end and a large wood shelf below it and painted the inside with a waterproof texture paint. This adds light, ventilation & a place I can do plant starts in the spring. Buy an inexpensive nail gun rather than hand nailing. I was able to build it in 3 partial days (excluding the roof). The wood in the kit is pretty bad (warped, damaged, shredded). I was able to use most of it with some modifications of their plan but did have to buy 8 new replacement boards.
