I love my Asics but the inside heel on several pairs wore out way fast (which is probably why these things exist.) Easy to add to the shoes, I do not notice that they are there. I am a long walker and not a runner so YMMV if so. I do not notice their appearance and the inserts seem to be sticky enough to stay in place and keep me from forming blisters so overall I am pleased. Obviously, these will eventually wear out but this has saved me from having to scrap shoes for a little longer.

Awesome product. My shoes were slipping and ended up getting a blister. These stopped that and no more blisters. Would definitely recommend getting these for your shoes.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Good heel protectors. Do exactly what they are intended to do. Would give them a 5 star rating except I had considerable trouble peeling off the paper that covers the adhesive.

Great product! I have an issue with my heels where the back of my shoes get worn down to the plastic and causes blisters. I’ve worn these inserts for a month and not only are they comfortable but also I’ve no issues with blisters.

Most shoes are loose on me at the ankles although they fit everywhere else. I was hoping that these heel grips would work to tighten the space between the top of the shoe and my ankle, but they were too big all around. You could see the white grip above the back of my black shoes. Not a good look. I planned on returning the grips but tried to cut them down to size instead. That didn't work and now that I've cut them, I cannot return them. Into the trash they go!

If you're having issues with your shoe being just a tad too big, and sliding up in the back, make sire to grab a pack, or six. They adhere right to the heel of your shoez and offer more comfort than would seem possible from something so tiny and compact! Try these before you go throwing out, donating it regifting that pair of shoes that do not seem to fit quite right.
