Having worked in Saudi Arabia and UAE for a number of years, I got use to these Bidets. There they do not have toilet paper and it is use the bidet or nothing. I ordered two of them when I stumbled on them one day. Love them.First of all, they are extremely easy to install. Really the hardest thing to do is attach the holder to the support. You have to line up the two screws. It only took twenty minutes to install and that includes reading the instructions.Second, they work great. With ability to adjust the pressure, you can set to where you get the most comfort.

I just purchased it and had it installed a couple days ago and it works wonderfully. I love the design and I'm thinking about buying a couple more of these.Just a tip, make sure you check to see if the connection pipe hose that you already have installed will bend or adjust to fit into the t valve before beginning installation. I had to go buy a new hose midway through installation because the one I had was too long and not adjustable for the new t valve.Plus art of life customer service is great, they emailed me as soon as it delivered to make sure I was happy with the order and didn't have any issues with it.

I literally just installed this today (which is a testament to how easy it is, since I am not a plumbing expert). All that was required was a Philipps screwdriver to assemble the two-piece holder, a towel to mop-up excess water droplets when you uncouple the fill valve from your toilet tank, and some ingenuity to work in tight spaces behind your toilet. The whole process took about 20 minutes -- a bit longer when turning the main line to my toilet back on created a water-hammer, and things needed to be checked... but everything was fine.Haven't had a leakage yet as some others have commented -- I will update if one develops.One thing I do want to add. I notice that a couple of questions were asked about needing to shut off the flow valve after each use, and the answers were "NO" -- but I do not believe this is correct. I believe that all bidet sprayers should be shut off after use. Most are rated for no more than 80 psi, and are not designed for CONSTANT pressure. Leaving the valve on will only increase your chances of a leak over time, in my estimation.If an expert would like to comment and correct me on this, feel free, because I would appreciate it also... but for now I am shutting mine off between uses.As far as the package contents, You will get four screws (two with mollys) in case you want to mount the holder on a wall. I didn't use those and opted to just hang it from my toilet tank, as I imagine most will.I did not receive my "secrets of anti-aging" booklet, as promised in the description -- yes I am disappointed by that :(I also did not receive my warranty guarantee, I am even more disappointed by that.The instructions are printed in surprisingly good English, but they are sparse. You need to at least know the basics of working with a toilet -- nothing that most will have difficulty with. (pro-tip: After you shut-off the water flow, flush your toilet several times to remove the lingering water from the tank, or you will dump it onto your bathroom floor when you uncouple the fill valve)Haven't used the free toilet cleaner, because it's the tablets that go in the tank, and my tank isn't designed for those, so I can't comment on that.The pressure from the actual sprayer is good, and can be adjusted by the valve as desired -- it's certainly enough to give your ass a good power-wash when required!That is all.

We decided to try this due to allergies to the chemicals in toilet paper, and our positive experience using this type of sprayer on trips to Asia and Europe. Awesome bidet sprayer, very nice quality - way better than I expected - with a nice substantial, weighted and balanced nozzle, and nice hose - not at all like a lightweight plastic one that is hard to maneuver. It was also super easy to install. After using it in one bath for a few weeks, we will be buying two more for the other bathrooms.

I bought the unit to give as a gift to my relative in Cuba. he has a small bed and breakfast business.All connections needed to be 1/2 “ so I also bought an additional valve with the inlet and outlets at 1/2”.Now I need to send it to him but I’m sure he will love it.I’ll do a follow up on performance once I know.

Easy to install. Just make sure that the shut off valve is closed during installation. The sprayer comes with its own water pressure control. Use that to control the flow from your bidet.

We bought it to our secondary rest room in our house and it’s much better than the one we have in the first rest room! Easy to use and comfortable. Recommended!
