Good Product but siren is not too loud
Excellent product, the only constrain is that siren is not loud enough and there is no an outdoor siren as accesory!! That will make this alarm more that perfect!!

Works great!
Works great! Takes a while to set up, but need to really read directions. Wish you could order another remote. Need to have the hub far enough away from Alexa so will not hinder her hearing you give commands.

Connection timeout on iOS App
I constantly get a connection timeout on the app on both my iPhone 6s and my wife's iPhone 5. That said the device becomes somewhat worthless as 95% of the time we cannot arm or disarm the device. Will be returning if this issue cannot be rectified.

Does not work with Alexa like it states
Very complicated to set up. The instructions that came with the alarm is hard to understand. You have to log off your wifi to log onto the alarms hotspot therefore not able to connect to Alexa. The product did not come with a SN and it is required to have one to set up with Alexa. Does not work with Alexa like it states. Asked for a refund but never received
