The acidity is mild compared to the Sherry Vinegar I just bought allowing me to taste and even savor the flavor of this white wine vinegar. I would buy this again.

I almost can't believe it took me so long to start getting serious about what I put into my salad dressings. But now I am.So I have to say I'm just so happy with the quality of the white wine vinegar from Viniteau. The flavour is exactly what you want in a salad dressing. It's got personality, but doesn't overpower. And (at least for my palate) it is just the right balance of sweet and tangy.I also appreciate that it's so cost-effective. a 500ml bottle will last me a while, but when the time comes to buy more --and I will!-- I know I won't go broke.If I were better with words I'm sure I'd be able to come up with something more descriptive and useful than "My gosh, I like this stuff!" But that's what pops into my head when I use it.

A good oil for the price

I used the vinegar for a first time recipe for apricot jam chicken breasts in my instantpot, it turned out excellent.using premium quality products makes for success

Nice flavour and acidity

I really enjoyed using this in my homemade salad dressing. It tasted wonderful and I would buy this again!
