This thing works great. You do have to get creative with how to use it, but that's the beauty of it. I had a horrible kink in my neck and back. I ordered this for next-day shipment and I literally tore the box open to try it out, I was so desperate. Started out with it on the floor, which worked well, but it's so blasted hard for me to get up off the floor, I knew I couldn't keep that up. So I placed it on the back of the couch and shifted it around with my hands, hitting one trigger spot after another. It took a couple of days of using it, but it worked. Great tool.

I've had pain in my back for a long time. Its constant pain and unbearable at times. This little tool is legit! Ive been using it to hit the target spots and decompress my whole back. I use it when I can, through out the day, and it gives me a huge amount of relief from herniated discs and sciatic pain. Obviously, it doesn't take away all the pain, and I have to use it several times through out the day. It's just a tool, but the best one I've used by far.

I purchased this product because I had repeated problems with headaches at the base of my skull. I personally don't feel it's healthy to go repeatedly to the chiropractor and definitely not healthy to take OTC pain relievers consistently for relief. This product provides excellent myofascial release and has melted headaches away. I was leary because of the price (and not knowing anyone with experience with the product) , but was well worth it.

One can actually put a lot of weight on this and not be concerned about breaking it. I've found it to be the best solution for self-massage, especially deep massage in hard-to-reach areas..

I get regular tension headaches in the back of my head and the only thing that helps me is a tool like this. I have a couple others but since I get most of my headaches at work, I wanted to keep one of these in each of my offices. This gets to the headache when pain medication doesn't....actually works better!

I use this as much as possible on my back and LOVE it. I get awful knots in my back from being on the computer all day and this is a life saver!
