Buy extra batteries.
This drone was easygoing. Instructions were easy to understand. It flys great. I lost it I The trees once but it was a small area so I found it pretty quickly. The only issue is I wish the battery life was a little longer. So be sure to buy extra batteries.

The controller would not work. There were two sets ...
The controller would not work. There were two sets of instructions on how to get the controller to "sync" with the RC Helicopter but neither method worked. It appears the controller is defective. We are returning the product.Update 9/15/17: The seller contacted us and sent a replacement drone. This is good customer service. However, after working for about two days one of the motors appeared to be not working properly. The one motor spins the blade but not as fast as the other 3 so it will not lift off of the ground. It just slides across the floor and will not lift off of the ground even with throttle/lift control stick completely pressed up. We have tried replacing the batteries, charging the batteries, everything a person can think of and it does not get complete lift to fly properly. This is to bad since for the short period of time my nine year old enjoyed the product.

It has been a good beginner for who we bought it for. The only complaint is you have to charge battery outside of drone to get a full charge .

Make sure you get the model you purchased
My son did not like it. It states the model he has have a camera but all it has is a green light.

I'd buy it again:)
I installed an FPV camera in place of the light and this is by far the easiest micro brushed quad- it can take a decent amount of wind in mode 3. Seriously- great quad! I'd buy another if I lost it or destroyed it.

Buy this!
Great quality and a really good flyer especially if you trim elev all the way up. Its a Hubsan without a camera, but flies better and half the cost.
