Best TV I have ever owned
Physically the TV looks nice, the brushed finish of the frame is much nicer than some shiny plastic. The picture is great. I did have to navigate the menus and change settings to get the better picture. I also had to find sound menus to correct the constantly changing volume levels. Having used it a few weeks now I can say it's been working great. I've been using standard Insignia flatscreens and this is a huge upgrade. The picture, sound, menus, smart features: All better than expected. Even get 140 internet channels integrated right in. I use Antenna and no issues there, got all my locals including all the info right in the menu. Wish it had more old school inputs, but it has the coax and rca/component inputs I need for my aging devices. The wifi has been flawless. Unless the TV suddenly dies, this was an incredible buy for the money!!!!

Great TV for the money, definitely worth the upgrade if you have an older style flat panel TV
Finally bit the bullet and upgraded from a older 42 inch TV to this. The color is fantastic and the TV itself is top notch. The sound quality is really good but I do recommend buying the LG sound bar to go with this as it complements the picture very well. The TV overall is very light and is very easily connect it to a wall mount.

Highly Recommend
I bought this to replace my 2 year old 'dumb' LG tv in my living room.Image: Good quality image. TruMotion 120 is still 60hz with some software tweaking. Looks good for normal TV and Sports. No issues and lots of options to change output based on personal preference.Sound: Speakers are clear for only 20w but lacking base and range. No distortion at higher levels.Physical: TV is light and seems sturdy with included legs. I do prefer a center stand vs the simple leg attachments. Brushed aluminum edge is nice vs. the normal shiny black plastic.Inputs: 4 HDMI, Optical Audio, LAN, and RGB, all more than I need.Interface: The webOS is clean and simple. Reasonably quick to navigate but a but annoying when digging through the more advanced settings. However setup is easy and there are shortcut keys on the remote. Apps are limited though. No HBO or DirectTV Now. Youtube, Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime all work great.TV also supports Wifi which is nice and mine connected to my network without issue and streams quickly.Price: Really can't be beat. Really good bang for buck. There are cheaper TV's out there but I've always been pleased with LG.Reliability: This is TBD. So far, I've only had one LG tv fail me and that was a 10 year old Plasma. Hopefully this one will last without issue.

Bad ass glass!
Ok first off I've only had this TV for about a month now. But Holly cr*p! It's a been a very long time since I've made a purchase I'm more happy with. Sound is suprisingly good for factory speakers. Plenty of hookups for audio video. Price was pretty amazing.. watched a Van Gogh documentary on prime in UHD the other day that displayed the true potential. The wireless lan suprisingly picks up the old WiFi route through wuute a but of walls and floor about 50-75' away. Really looking forward to stretching it's legs out once I get a new(er) console and pc hooked up. I'll try and update later down the road.Oh one other thing since this summer was so hot and I live in a small bedroom facing west with half the roof going through the middle of the wall and cheap insulation the BTU output was of Paramount importance to me! I can tell you unequivocally, this thing literally produces about zero discernable heat what so ever! I was the only weirdo in the store groping the backs of the t.v.'s and this one BY FAR was the coolest, both heat wise, money, wise, bang for your buck wise.

Cheap configured stand breaks - very poor design - from a mechanical engineer.
Bought as a gift. Plastic stand broke - very poor design. Took LG 10 days to send another & the cheap plastic broke again. Will return if not taken care of immediately.

Good bang for the buck!
Got this cheap at Costco (under 400). It's a great TV for the money. I've not had any issues with glare as it's in a darker bedroom. No problems with wobble. It sits pretty securely on top of a tall dresser. Picutre is very nice. Controls are easy to figure out. Setup went well (there's a fair amount of updating) and I also had to update my Harmony one remote to work with the new TV, but even that was easy.My old TV was dumb. This TV is much faster at everything from changing channels to streaming Netflix and Amazon. I finally got to stream in 4k for free from Amazon. If you do Hulu or Sling, those are built in as well.I changed the HDR settings to strong and turned off the power save to get a brighter picture. Your settings may vary. This TV has pretty much everything the average user would need. I'm doing the review here because more people will see it.

Not Recommended, was unable to get it to access Netfilx nor Amazon Prime.
The video quality is good, but, I was unable to get the 'smart tv' aspect to work, even though it was successfully connected to the internet via ethernet to my router, which showed the connection details. User manual was thin, most of the detail was on unpacking and assembly. I bought it to access Amazon and Netflix, which it has buttons on the remote for, would have been nice, both buttons take you to a installation screen, both hang on the download of what it called 'terms and conditions'. No time-out, no error message, nor recommended options, dead, SOL...endless spinning circle situation. I plugged in my Apple TV to make it 'less dumb', a hassle I was paying to avoid. Not recommended. Not sure why, Amazon billed me $4 shipping for a Prime purchase, and it arrived 3 days later than promised. Overall a really poor experience.

cheap crappy plastic legs
agree with the fellow who complained about the cheap plastic legs...they broke within minutes (and yes, we installed them correctly). Now trying to figure out how to get the damn thing to stand up....will likely have to use a wall mount.
