Q: Is this kit parts for shoes for 1 drum or 2?

For 2 drums. Also order the 18k14 kit. It replaces the parts for the adjuster.

Q: Doesn't show what size brake drum this kit is for. Need for 1970 Monte Carlo rear top page says it fits. I measure 9-1/2" across inside of drum

This kit fit my 88 S10 with 9 1/2" drums, and these parts are the same on my 78 Firebird with 9 1/2" drums. GM used the same parts for a long time, so if it says it will fit there's a pretty good chance it will. Can't exactly guarantee your application, but I would think that these parts are correct.

Q: 1963 ford t bird , why are you listing brake shoe hold down kits ,for rear only ?

Rear brakes have the emergency brake linkages, different setup.
