I really don’t know. Haven’t ordered in a while because a lot of them are broken in shipment

Q: Why is does this product comes damaged every time I purchase it? The product is fine for my birds, but the packaging is the problem, always crumbled.

When you place the order-Buy them in a separate order with only the seed sticks & request by CALLING Amazom Customer Service that the sticks need to be bubblewrapped or packed so they do NOT BOUNCE AROUND IN THE PACKAGE-because they are FRAGILE.
