Almost works as expected!
If you've read the description, then you already know that this is camera with a built in laser toy and treat dispenser built in. So I'll just get right down to the pro's and cons.Pro's:You can keep an eye on your pet or house while you're out. There's also a speaker and microphone built in so you can hear your pets or talk to them via the app on your phone.Con's:Setup is very frustrating. You have to register with an email address, make up a password and then request an access code (via email) to make the software work. However if you're using a smart phone to do this, you'll have to swap between the app and your email, get the code, go back to the app, enter the code only to be told "Please enter a valid code". I spent 30 mins requesting new codes trying to get this software to work with no luck. Finally booted up my laptop, requested a code via the phone app, checked my email via the laptop, got the code and then entered it into the app. Finally the software recognized the code and started working. The device itself is pretty damn big, in fact you may have a hard time putting this on a shelf if the shelf is too narrow. It's not discrete either, when you access the camera from your phone, the device will make all sorts of noises regarding "connecting", chimes, bells... I suppose this is a bit of a cheat to get your pet to come to the device when you log on, but it would be nice to have a "mute" option. The treat dispenser that launches treats "up to 3 ft!"... more like barely manages to drop them out the front of the device onto the floor.Only holds 11 treats.Fixed camera, no pan, tilt or zoom, this also means that the white balance (if the camera is fixed onto a bright spot) can render the rest of the image too dark to see. You'll have to do a lot of planning on where to put this system for the best view. You may not be able to place the camera where you want because the power cord that comes with the system is very short. So there you have it, the list of pro's and cons. Yes, the cons list is a lot longer than the pro's, but I'm still liking the device for now. I'll probably tinker with it (3D print a feeder system for more treats to be used), but as a way to keep an eye on your pet, this works. Just be aware, if you're planning to use this as a pet cam and security cam, you're out of luck. Too big, too awkward and too noisy. The idea behind this system is good, but there are many improvements that need to be made before it can get a higher rating.

A World Class Piece Of Crap
This thing is legitimately a piece of junk. If gremlin and hindenburg got together to make a treat feeder, it may explode, but at least it would work. This does not work. I was able to get it connected to wifi for about 5 minutes and used it during that time, since then, no dice.It does:A) Sit on the counterB) Plug into the wallC) Power upD) Allow you to use voice, however there is not point because the treat delivery mechanism does not work so my dog just stares at it waiting for something to come outE) SuckIt does not:A) Connect to wifiB) Connect via the application designed to make it runC) Have a controllable laser (which I don't care about because I am using it to feed a dog)D) Eject treats consistently. It actually backs up and the treats sit in the tube until enough back up so that they fall outE) Work great and feed treatsWould not recommend to anybody except someone who wants a treat dispenser door stop. ALSO, there is a smudge on the inside of the plastic piece that goes over the camera, so when you look on the application, it is and would always be foggy, if it worked.

Buyer beware:: Absolute waste of time and energy
DO NOT BUY!I purchased this product despite the reviews of impossible set up. I figured I am pretty tech savvy and will be able to work around it. However, I did not anticipate that these products just do not work.I was able to speak with customer service twice on the phone about two unrelated issues I had.. in really what should have been an easy set up.Both times (approx 5 days apart) I was able to speak with someone and they told me the issue was with their app and their team was on it.They couldn’t tell me when it would be fixed... just that I would need to wait. It’s too expensive to not work right out of the box. But is cheap enough compared to other pet cams that it makes senseAgain, DO NOT BUY!WASTE OF TIME

I ordered this so you don’t have to
for the love of your bank account. CLICK OFF THIS CAMERA. this seems like the perfect little addition to your little home and it’s a great price but that price comes with cost. You will waste your money. For one, it came broken. The camera is not mounted at all and isn’t in the correct position. Then the cover that snaps on the front did not fit due to the broken camera. AND the app that supposedly connects to it was made in like 2003. It doesn’t work. At all. None of it. Just don’t buy this and save yourself the money, time, and trouble.

Useless with bad app
App stopped working. No customer service. Treats dribble out a few inches from machine.

Not worth $100
Not as nice as I thought it wud be for 100 bucks. Camera doesn’t move and the laser is hard to use. Treat launcher is okay, doesn’t really launch just drops it. The most redeeming feature is that I can check on my cat from anywhere.

Don’t bother-If you do, Test it before return expires!
Don’t buy this! I tried to connect this device to the app and to my network for days. I have had no success. It’s past the return date and now I’m stuck with this piece of junk. Called the company during their operating hours and got a recording that there’s no agent available. Sent an email, but I’m not expecting an answer from anyone. Customer service is nonexistent. You’re better off splurging on something more expensive, better quality and service. Research and read reviews!

DO NOT BUY
This product is awful. You can’t get it to connect to WiFi, the instructions are awful, and we could not get ahold of funpaw customer service to fix the connection problem.
