Cable shown but not shipped
The product picture shows the power cable, but this did not ship with the compressor. Also, note says pag oil is in compressor, but amount is not specified. How much oil required should be based on AC components replaced ( which if not replaced, could contain oil, thus creating an overfill). The PAG hybrid oil amount shipped in compressor should be specified.

Product does not work - In the process of getting a refund - upset because of wasted time and effort to pull a vacuum of the system and have it charged up with refrigerant to now need to replace the compressor again because the one I got from them does not come on and build the pressure needed for it to work.
