I can not STAND the taste of Apple Cider Vinegar, but know it's something I need and want so this is awesome! I've been taking them for a week and can see some weight loss and some cleaning out for sure. It just works. So many people I know drink some every day and I just can't.Back story, I had a huge gout attack one time when I had no insurance and no money and no fridge, so I got hot grape juice and apple cider vinegar and went through an entire bottle in 2-3 days, yes!!! I love this product. I've been using this for about 2 months now. I can tell a huge difference taking this and when I forget to take it. I take it in the morning and before I go to bed. I wake up with a flat belly, no bloating. And I've lost 10lbs in the last month. I don't exercise but I do eat smaller portions. Not healthier just smaller portions.

I originally bought these because they say it "breaks down carbs" and is a "sugar destroyer"...so was thinking it would help me lose weight..not so much. didn't lose a pound. I have ordered this more then 6 times, THIS works!!! I take it before my two meals a day, let me tell you i have lost weight and i am not craving any terrible foods, it is easy to swallow and doesnt make me burp or have an after taste. Have never been a big fan of the taste of apple cider vinegar, these tablets work great. No back taste, easy to take. I am eating healthy in conjunction with taking these and my weight loss remains consistent and I feel great. I do not know if the tablets increase weight loss but I would assume they are supporting my process. Research supports apple cider vinegar benefits, and this is an easy, convenient way to add it to your regimen. I use their turmeric capsules as well. I recommend them for sure. I was skeptical at first because I believe working out and a sensible diet is what makes a person lose weight. I was wrong!! I have done loads of high interval training (beachbody) and diets like keto, low-calorie, nutrisystem. Nothing compares when you add this little bottle and the liquid drops of garcinia Cambocia into the mix. Please note, I haven’t weighed myself but I can say I have noticed my love handles and my legs have slimmed down. All I need now is to start weight lifting to get my upper body completely in shape. I purchased these pills 9 times, and yes they have been working really good, but that last bottle; it being the number 9 bottle it seemed like they changed the ingredients, the pills were darker, they were much bigger,and I found out through out the month they weren’t working like the other 8 bottles that I purchased, well I really hope they change it back the way it was at first, I might buy one more bottle to see if there is a difference...
