If You Are Short, This is For You!
This is my second purchase of this shower head. The first one lasted for years so I gladly replaced it. I am 5'3" and most shower heads drown me. This one is perfect and can be bent up to accommodate my 6 ft grandson when he comes to visit. It really does hold it's position. I think my mistake was turning the hose portion rather than the connection area. I disassembled it and discovered a plastic part had broken. Note to manufacturer: make that part metal! Overall, it is a good product, especially if you don't want to wash your hair every day!

A great shower head for the whole family.
This is a great shower head. It's easy to adjust the height for anyone in the house and the power is good.

Old model was better
The flexible waterpik design has been my favorite showerhead for decades, and I've completely worn out 2 of them. I was really disappointed to not be able to find their original white design. This faux metal stuff is dumb looking. Worse though, the massage head settings are not as good as they used to be. It's as though they were trying to add more options and ended up with none of them being very good. Also, the flow regulator/water conservation restrictor is REALLY restricting, and incredibly difficult to find and remove. After we finally got it out, the shower massager was wimpy and needle-sharp at the same time. Not nearly as awesome as the old white model, but better than the ones one hoses or fixed to the shower head.

Installs easily
I love that I can change the water spray without standing on my tip toes, I can adjust it so it hits directly on my lower back, or shoulders to help ease pain. Would definitely buy again.

It broke apart after 2 months. All plastic inside.
Did not last. They don't make them like they used to.

Fits perfectly - great pressure!
Ordered a different model that didn't quite fit but think it was defective. Ordered this and no problems at all! Fits like a glove and the water pressure is fantastic. I am on the short side so I love that it adjusts to where I need it to.

Perfect for a small shower stall......
I have been looking for a shower head that can actually be in the middle of my small shower stall AND be able to point it down! Every other shower head I have used always points toward the wall and the shower stall is not large enough to effectively use a hand held model! This is a true blessing! Thank you Waterpik folks!

THIS LEAKS LIKE A SIEVE - BUT I FIXED IT!
This leaked as soon as I hooked it up. I connected it as instructed and it leaks like a sieve at BOTH joints, where it connects to the shower head and where it connects to the flexible arm. I tried tightening it and that just broke the O ring. I replaced the O ring with a stronger O ring and it STILL leaked. I tried plumbers putty, duct tape, everything. I did NOT try plumbers tape because the instructions specifically warn against that! Anyway - It leaked so bad it soaks the wall and sprayed water from the flimsy joints at the shower hookup and where the large grey connector meets the flexible tube. Also when I first attached it the small black O ring broke when I tightened it. I went to Lowes and got a more substantial O ring but it still leaked after I installed it, so I couldn't use the shower head at all. Very frustrating.I got permission from Amazon to return it. HOWEVER. I'm not the kind of person who gives up. Others on Amazon said they love this and it works fine. So...With the return authorization in hand, I felt inclined to experiment a bit more. I didn't know if the large plastic plug is glued or permanently attached to the flexible hose but I decided to try to detach it anyway, so by twisting and pulling, I was able to detach the large grey attachment plug from the flexible hose. The plastic fitting has no seal and opens a gap if it's warped or twisted or bent, which is why it leaked probably.SO...I went to Lowe's (second trip) and bought some PLUMBER'S TAPE which just happens to come in the color GREY which exactly matches the shower head and tube. When I got home I unscrewed the plastic plug part from the flexible tube then VERY carefully and painstakingly wrapped the end of the tube with plumbers tape, about 2 inches or so, until I felt it was pretty well wrapped. The tape is super thin and easily twists and wrinkles so you have to go slow, also it's not sticky, it's just plastic so you have to hold it steady while wrapping. When I was done I screwed the plug back on the hose and it fit very snugly and felt secure. THEN I wrapped the plumbers tape around the threaded portion of the shower pipe sticking out from the shower wall I was advised to only wrap the THREADED part of the pipe so that's what I did but I did about 10 wraps, pulling it really tight with every wrap. When I felt there was enough tape on the pipe, I screwed the entire shower head/tube back onto the end of the shower pipe and it fit very snugly.Holding my breath, I turned on the water and to my delight, nothing leaked! So this took some do it yourself work to get it working without leaking however it's the best flexible head shower fitting I could find and although I was initially disappointed, I have to say that now I'm satisfied and the flexible head is exactly what I was looking for.
